At 6 am, my friend and I set out on a trail with a warm cup of matcha.

I am not exactly built for hiking. I am definitely not the picture of perfect health. But when we finally reached the top of the hill, everything changed.

The cold air. The dewy morning. The soft fog moves through the forest. The quiet stillness after the climb.

For a moment, my mind felt peaceful.

Spray on wrists, neck, or other pulse points. Longevity is around 6–8 hours, depending on skin, weather, and application. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
